Deliveries are made within a 7-14 days period via date of purchased item. We will contact you via text message, whatsapp or direct call with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of your item/items arrival.

All items must be returned within a three (3 ) days basis upon the day in which the item was purchased. In order to get a full refund there will be a thirty (30) days or more waiting period. Customers are eligible to pay the complete return fee on all products.

All cancellations must be made within a 48 hour period via from date purchased. AS LONG AS PRODUCT IS TAMPERED WITH THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON THE ITEM. If the customer is not 100% satisfied with their product they can return or exchange the item within 3 days as long as the product is in good condition and has the original packaging along with proof of receipt. Customers are eligible to pay the complete return fee on all products.
