Cloud Coir is a ready to grow RHP certified blended coco coir and perlite medium. One of the most important elements a plant needs to grow is oxygen at the root zone. Cloud Coir is a 50/50 blend of perlite and coco coir. Cloud Coir is the perfect ratio for roots to thrive and not become over saturated allowing for better nutrient uptake more frequently. Cloud Coir has received RHP certification from Holland. This assures our customers that Cloud Coir is made using the highest standards in the industry.

SHIPPING POLICY
Deliveries are made within a 7-14 days period via date of purchased item. We will contact you via text message, whatsapp or direct call with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of your item/items arrival.
REFUND POLICY
All items must be returned within a three (3 ) days basis upon the day in which the item was purchased. In order to get a full refund there will be a thirty (30) days or more waiting period. Customers are eligible to pay the complete return fee on all products.
CANCELLATION/RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
All cancellations must be made within a 48 hour period via from date purchased. AS LONG AS PRODUCT IS TAMPERED WITH THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON THE ITEM. If the customer is not 100% satisfied with their product they can return or exchange the item within 3 days as long as the product is in good condition and has the original packaging along with proof of receipt. Customers are eligible to pay the complete return fee on all products.
